Who this is for
Platy Pals is aimed at parents. The games and the Protect the Pond card table are for people 13 and older. Please do not enter a child’s real name.
What we keep
- The card game saves the nickname you type, up to 18 characters, in this browser.
- It also creates a random id in this browser so the lobby can tell seats apart. That id is not your name.
- The nickname and the id are sent to our game server when you sit at a table or play a ranked game. The nickname can appear on the Pond Cup board with a rating and a win–loss record.
- The other games save progress only in this browser. Those saves stay on the device.
Visits
Cloudflare serves the site and counts page visits without an advertising cookie. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie to block abusive traffic. That cookie is not used to advertise.
The shop
Product pictures load from Printful. Checkout opens on platypals.printful.me. Payment, shipping, and the order itself happen there. Platy Pals does not receive your card number or shipping address. Printful’s privacy policy covers that checkout.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not ask for an account or an email address to play.
Ages
We do not knowingly keep personal information from anyone under 13. If a younger child has put a name on the card-game board, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
Type a new nickname and press Save name, or clear this site’s saved data in your browser. To take a nickname off the public board, contact us and tell us the name to remove.
